In highly frequented areas where stainless steel is used, for example on elevator claddings, handrails, etc., passers-by leave inevitable traces in the form of fingerprints.
The INOX-TEC®-process reduces these impairments. It makes fingerprints less visible and allows these to be easily and residue-free removed.
It also offers an optimum of corrosion resistance and makes the surfaces appear homogeneous (even when different thicknesses of the material were used).
Stainless steel sheets have to pass through many workstations during production. This inevitably leads to burrs and peaks on the surfaces.
The INOX-TEC® process removes roughening by abrasion of a less µ-thick surface layer, material-friendly and without any structural changes. The original appearance of the surface remains.
The homogenized surface reduces the costs of cleaning and care. A commercially available dishwashing detergent and a soft cotton cloth are enough to remove dirt (e.g. fingerprints and even graffiti).
